HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SHIP WITH CONFIDENCE
d

The question is pretty simple. Are the FMCSA regulations covering hazardous materials going to become more stringent or more lax? Check out the FMCSA pocketbook. 672 pages of fine print.

What do you think?

There's good reason for this action. National Security is one. Safety on the highway is another. We believe the FMCSA is going to require all carriers to have a better understanding of the regulations, requiring a significant funding of advanced training and a commitment from hazardous materials carriers to hire and train the best drivers on the road.

Where is it going to stop? We don't know. But we do know that safety is the core principle driving hazardous materials regulations and we are ready, call us.
